At Davidovich Bakery’s Retail shop we sell all the products from our wholesale facilities that we bake under the OK supervision. While the product arrives to the stores directly from our bakery and is certified at the bakery level, The Retail stores are NOT SUPERVISED by any kosher authority and ARE NOT KOSHER CERTIFIED. The products are the same quality products that you would get from our bakery. However, when our team members unpack them they do it without any of the Kosher Supervision that would be required to keep them certified.
We are including the certificate from OK kosher only for the purposes of showing that the product originated at our kosher facility and was certified at that time.
